What If I Am Not Compliant With Policies & Procedures?

Up-to-date policies will help keep your care setting compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Having out of date policies can result in fines or a complete shutdown of your Nursing or Care home

How Often Does A Care Plan Need To Be Updated?

We recommend your care plan should be reviewed within three months or at least once in 12 months.

You must review care plans at least once every year to ensure your services are meeting the care recipient's needs. A person can ask for a review of their care plan at any time. When discussing changes, keep their budget in mind. You should make full use of their budget to best meet their care needs

Who Is Responsible To Complete Risk Assessments ?

It is the responsibility of the employer to carry out the risk assessment at work or to appoint someone with the relevant knowledge, experience and skills to do so, for instance a social care consultant.

HOW DO YOU MINIMISE VOIDS ?

Once you send us a query, a member of our social care team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and schedule an assessment.

A senior member of our team will meet with you and your family/guardian to gather all the necessary information, discuss your needs, likes and preferences and all aspects of your Care.
Depending on the information you provide during your assessment, a folder will be created for you which will include all aspects of your Care. Also, you will be asked to approve the care plan to ensure it meets your expectations.

Lastly, we will start providing you with person-centred, outcome-based care and we will review your needs on regular basis to ensure you are very satisfied with the care you receive.

How Do You Price Your Services?

We charge a pre-determined fee for each of our services.

Is There A Refund Policy?

Initial social care consultation is non-refundable. Most of our services are paid in full once services have been rendered.

Do I Have To Pay To Be Registered As A Candidate?

No. Almost all staffing agencies are paid by companies and on some occasions the government to help unemployed candidates find work. Any payment will be agreed between the employer and the staff provider.

Am I Guaranteed Permanent Or Full-Time Employment?

This will depend on the needs of the employing business.

What Should I Expect From A Staffing Agency If I Am Short-Listed For A Role? Am I Guaranteed Full Or Part-Time Work?

The staffing process starts with the submission of your resume. From there you can expect from a staffing consultant if your skills and experience best match with a vacancy being recruited for. If you aren’t selected to be the most suitable candidate your resume will be retained in their candidate talent database to be matched with future employment opportunities.

Can I Just Email My Resume Directly To Recruitment Agencies?

Most larger recruitment agencies use sophisticated databases to search for an identify candidates that match the needs of hirers. You need to register on recruitment agency websites in order for your resume to be uploaded into their talent database. Applying for jobs on jobs boards such as Indeed or Total Jobs does not necessarily mean you have been registered on their database so it is often worthwhile both applying directly for roles and also registering on a staffing agency website. For staffing you should complete your personal details and upload your resume here, find work.

Of course, you may be asked by employment agencies on occasions to email your resume directly. Sometimes this is because they want your resume in a MS Word (or similar editable) format so that they can remove your contact details from your resume in order to forward it to employers.

How much does it cost to live at the Supported Living Accommodation ?

Our cost range between £750 - £950 weekly.
